Rev & Flow

Flavours of Pilates, Yoga, Balance & Strength Training taught in a relaxed, fun way with the use of music. Aimed at toning and strengthening the body whilst also improving flexibility, mobility, co-ordination and memory.


REFIT

A fun class  with a high cardio element. It uses aerobic style dance set to good tunes and also uses light hand weights to add a toning element. Freestyling and laughter is very much encouraged. It targets cardiovascular health and muscle endurance.


Mat Attack

10 exercises, 5 rounds all on a MAT. Improves your core strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. Plank, Plank-Twist, Row and many other exercises that tone the body.


Mad Circuits

Taught in a HITT format. Bring the functional equipment to life with this one. Rower, Assault Bike, Battle Ropes, Box Jump or Step etc. along with a few other challenges such as the Bosu and the Hula Hoop. Aimed at a Total Body Workout in a high energy environment and of course, it includes some good tunes to motivate you.


Tone Zone

A total body workout for everyone with a variety of exercise options.


Simply Stretching Mads

A very gentle and relaxing class. Basic stretching, mobility and strength moves with elements of Pilates & Yoga. This class is slowed right down and aimed at much needed "You Time". Stretch out, relax and give those muscles and joints some much needed TLC. Calming music and a calm instructor (honest).


Mad Spin

It's all about the music, just stay on the beat, it's the only rule. Carefully chosen tunes for HITT, endurance, cardiovascular and strength. A relaxed atmosphere where you choose how hard you work. It's good cardio and good fun. Singers are very welcome and encouraged.
